Support for optimal decision making when
handling an incipient
On
detection of symptoms which can represent a fault occurring on the train
or likely to occur in the near future, all involved actors are alerted
and involved, according to the level of criticality. Operator,
Maintainer and Traffic Manager can exchange information and optimised
solutions can be defined and suggested about how to handle the
situation, in order to minimise the overall impact on the railway system.
